Within Vega S.r.l. your personal data will be processed by the personnel in charge of the Customer Care, Commercial Area, Marketing Area, Invoicing and Technologies’ Area . Such personnel, who works under direct responsibility of the corresponding -Data Processing Manager-, have been appointed to the data processing and have received the proper operational instructions on the matter.
Besides Vega’s personnel, some processing of your personal data could be performed also by third parties, with seat in Italy and/or abroad, to whom Vega S.r.l. has entrusted some specific activities(or a part of them) which prove functional to the supply of the above-mentioned services. In such a case these subjects operate as autonomous Owners or will be appointed as Data ProcessingManagers or Appointees.
The Managers or Appointees who could have been possibly appointed will receive proper operational instructions, with special attention to the adoption of  the minimum security measures, in order to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the data. The above-mentioned third parties are essentially included in the following categories: credit collectioncompanies, invoicing data processing companies, companies in charge of the printing and shipment of invoices to customers, consultancy companies, SPV companies, agents and dealers, franchisees.
